It's hard to believe it's been almost a month since I was out blogsurfing.
Well, I've been busy. Blogging takes time. It takes time to write something then it takes time to go and visit other people's blogs.
The people you meet blogsurfing are friends or at least they can be. The people I've interacted with are pretty nice. I'm sure there's jerks out there too.
Although you can't see them and talk to them you still interact with them. It's a relationship.
It's a relationship where I guess you got to try not to have expectations. If you expect people to do something and they don't do it, or the other way around, you get disappointed. There's a certain degree of freedom that you've got to allow other people like the freedom to blog or not blog, to visit your blog or not.
Why am I saying this?
In part I guess I'm saying this because I feel a little guilty about jumping into the blog world and having everyone be so nice to me and stop in and say hi and everything, then it has taken me a month to get back to everyone. So, I feel like I'm letting new friends down in a way. I'm hoping people won't be upset with me.
But I'm also thinking about the times that I got upset with someone not because they did something wrong but just because they didn't do what I hoped or wanted or expected them to do. And I feel a little bad about that.
Some of what I've been doing this past month is checking my bible out a little. It reminds me there's something called the Golden Rule, basically it means treating people the way you would like them to treat you. Part of that is letting people have their freedom, letting them have their "space" and I guess I feel bad about all the times I didn't let people have their space and now I've wanted people to let me have mine.
Anyway I'm going out blogsurfing again and say "hi" to everyone. If I'm not here when you stop in I hope you'll understand. :) But please make yourself at home. :)

Welcome back Ray!!
Connecting with bloggers is a strange relationship. You don't judge bloggers by their faces or dress or actions- just by what they write. Its fascinating how you've never seen someone, and you connect through their words.
True!! I didn't blog for three months once. SOmetimes you have lots to say, sometimes, nothing at all.
Glad you're back!
:)
Oh, yes; blogging takes time. But, you know what do I always do? I write anything pops in my mind (situations, ideas for short stories, poetry, ... Etc), keep them and post each every now and then, you know. It's much easier.
"Although you can't see them and talk to them, you still interact with them." ........ And you can determine what kind of personality they have. It's really fun but takes time to get to know them.
Well, it's not about blogging everyday or every month, it's about keeping blogging and interacting with bloggers. So, write whenever you want but keep in touch and don't disappear ;)
"I'm hoping people won't be upset with me" .........NO NO NO, don't you ever think that. FOR ME, I don't so don't worry; I always find people excuses for being absent. People get busy all the time, am I right?
"But I'm also thinking about the times that I got upset with someone not because they did something wrong but just because they didn't do what I hoped or wanted or expected them to do. And I feel a little bad about that."........The best thing to do is, don't expect them to do you something so you won't get upset. Just let go and take everything easy :)
"It reminds me there's something called the Golden Rule, basically it means treating people the way you would like them to treat you."...... (Treat people like you want to be treated) is my wisdom if you noticed it written in my blog.
Ray! I hope I didn't wear out my welcome Ü
Hey and welcome back! I totally agree: blogging takes time, energy, and a certain kind of mood-- so can't blame you for jumping in and out :-) Personally, I'm just addicted to the through-release process of blogging..
